2007 December > Fibre Art on Display
Award winning artists were at the Centennial Retirement Residence from November 3rd to the 11th with their annual Oshawa Fibre Art Show and Sale. In all, 15 artists displayed some stunning one of a kind art, quilts and figurines, as well as hosted an interactive evening where guest had a chance to meet the artists and learn about their techniques. The event was a huge success as proceeds from a silent auction went to support Osteoporosis Canada.
